How you will make impact

As the first point of contact for our Dutch branch team and the Utrecht Head Office, you will answer any HR related questions from employees, support and guide managers in HR related matters and assure a correct payroll and HR administration.

About your role

You will be part of the Global HR team consisting of 12 colleagues. In this role, you will work closely together with the HR Business Partners for North-West Europe and the Global Departments as well as with the HR (Support) Officer Belgium, where our second Head Office is located.

Furthermore, you:

  • Support the development and implementation of HR projects and systems.
  • Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new hires.
  • Facilitate the performance cycle.
  • Update organisation charts.
  • Create HR reports and overviews.
  • Collaborate with the HR Business Partner for Works Council meeting preparations.
  • Work in ADP streamline to upload the necessary information for payroll processing and manage the approval cycles.
  • Act as Health and Safety Officer, ensuring RI&E are conducted and followed up.
  • Assist the Learning & Development team in all areas of training administration.
  • Support and act as a back-up for the UK and our Nordisk countries.

You:

  • Have a Bachelor in HR or related studies and,
  • At least 5 years experience in a generalist HR support role in an international environment.
  • Experience with Oracle is a plus.
  • Are experienced in arranging payroll, preferably with ADP (Streamline).
  • Have a good understanding of Dutch labour law and social legislation.
  • Are fluent in English and Dutch (both verbal and written).
  • Have the ability to pay attention to detail.
  • Can develop and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders across the organisation.
