About the job

Our Quality and Compliance department has two focus areas, namely Quality Assurance and Quality Control (3 FTE). The team coordinates and deals with all specific supply chain related quality and compliance issues. We are the linchpin within the organisation for addressing regulatory, technical and Non-Conformances & Complaints (NCCs) across the world. Quality Control focusses on operational and reactive processes and work duties to manage quality and compliance within our organisation. Internal and external (third party) stakeholder management is a very important success factor in this role.

About your job

  • Managing, adapting, navigating quality control within a regulated industry work environment
  • Responsible for a blend of administration and dynamic work which requires one to think timely task solutions for unforeseen situations (i.e. NCCs)
  • Ownership for document management to ensure information is stored and easily accessible according to the rules and regulations within our industry
  • Lead or coordinate in the resolution of NCCs with internal stakeholders.
  • Keep track of quality metrics related to shelf-life extension and NCCs
  • Leverage and apply your technical background and mindset to address tasks via our external and internal stakeholders
  • Handling quality tasks via external parties by conducting effective detailing and communicating and coordinating the tasks via internal and/or external stakeholders

About you

Data accuracy, bringing structure and top-notch administration is what makes you happy. In addition, you are service-oriented and make the best use of your internal and external network!

  • If you are a starter or early in your quality management career and you want to take the opportunity to develop your skills in Quality Control in a regulated industry
  • Having a bachelor’s or master’s degree in agriculture, biology, chemistry, or equivalent discipline will help you understanding our business
  • Your systematic problem-solving skills and root cause analysis will help you coordinating and resolving NCCs
  • You recognise yourself as a critical thinker, self-driven individual who can pragmatically solve problems or issues (relating to Quality Control).
  • Working in a dynamic and globally connected company in a Quality (Control) role fits you the most
  • Proficiency in English will help you communicate with your colleagues as English is the ‘working language’ at our company. Other languages are a benefit
  • The ability to convey and receive information accurately and in a timely manner and effectively tailor your communication context/details and based on the stakeholders you are engaging
  • You have the skills to identify and prioritise problems, face tight schedules (of yourself and your stakeholders) and proactively come up with effective solutions to challenges that are not always the same and require an adaptable mindset.
  • Preferably some work experience in (agro)-chemical, pharmaceutical, or other regulated industry
