Guided by a thorough materiality analysis, we have three strategic axes—Environment, Social, and Governance—to structure our sustainability efforts. Each axis is further divided into key themes, leading to 6 strategic priorities with a clear actionable plan, and detailed road map.

Advancing Crop Protection: A Collaborative Future
As we work toward a more sustainable future, combining chemical and biological products is key to protecting crops and increasing yields. While chemical solutions remain important, biological innovations are gaining ground.

• Reduce annually Scope 1 and Scope 2 GHG footprint by 4%
Responsible Supply Chain

• We reached -3.6% reduction scope 1& 2 GHG emissions from target -4%
• Methodology scope 3 GHG emission defined for supply chain
Responsible Supply Chain
• Sustainability selection criteria and Code of conduct have been established for suppliers
• First waste management report was delivered for FY25
• Easy Connect initiative implementation was delayed to FY26 due to unavailability of UN certified bottle/cans. Production starts in Sept 2025
• A project initiative was achieved with some of our biggest warehouse contractors to
exchange information on methodology scope 3 GHG emissions

• Certis Belchim Biorationals products reached 19 % turnover in FY25 vs 15% in FY24
• Customer perception on Certis Belchim’s Biorational leadership was established from the customer survey results
• Met Agri Guide initiative under Crop life Europe Industry association guidance
• Expansion of Growing For The Future program started Poland and Portugal during FY25

• A new integrated sustainable assessment tool was prepared and delivered in FY25 to
evaluate Certis Belchim product pipeline
• The assessment of product pipeline with this sustainable tool is planned for FY26
Good Governance
• Action plan to reach the highest possible data protection was executed to mitigate risks. Improvement steps were delivered: zero trust policy implementation, Microsoft secure score improved from 73% to 81%, Successful assessment NIS 2.0 compliancy.
• Cyber security awareness program for employees has been executed (88% score for March 2025 program)
• Mitsui audit completed in March 2025
• First independent report Fraud Risk Assessment (J-SOX) prepared for submission in October 2025
• A new Power App pilot has been made for Decision Table (sanction check for Export Management – Security Trade Control) and testing is on-going
• 100% Code of Conduct annual training completion by all employees
