Certis Belchim has created a network of sustainability champions to be the ambassadors of the sustainability strategy. This network will lead and develop local sustainable initiatives in all Certis Belchim business units and countries.

Spanish initiatives
Growing For The Future is a collaborative project within the agricultural sector to provide crop protection solutions, adapted to market and consumer demands.
For this, we support Crop Management programs, based on the combination of our Bio-rational products of microbiological and natural origin, and conventional products.
Italy initiatives
- Plastic reduction: no more large plastic containers for drinking water, but use the filtration system from tap water.
- Employees commuting: already in the personal objectives of employees to increase the awareness in urban or inter-urban travelling
- Recycled paper: ongoing analysis to replace all printed paper with recycled materials.
- Solar panels: The Certis Belchim building where offices are located is now equipped with ‘solar’ panels
France initiatives
- Plastic reduction: No more plastic bottles in the offices. Replaced by water fontains
- Coffee machine: Switch “coffee caps” to a more ecologically friendly ground coffee machine
- Printing: Reduce printing with use of DocuSign and other pdf tools
- Company Car Policy: under adoption to move to Hydrid and/or Electric cars for CO2 emission reduction
